I quite disagree. For GOTILON who has high-end specs, yes, it should be a problem with internet connection. But lag is anything but just connection-based. I should know, I run a laptop with Pentium P Series CPU and a Intel HD GPU, and I can't run the game at High graphics settings without everything slowing down/lagging like hell.
