Also I would like to add:
Cryo drop penalty should go away. It serves no purpose. Getting cryonite with suitable tech isn't worth it and it won't be. And also getting penalty on for example Baumar for playing full Fusion Force tech is also laughable.

About unbalance of RD ships, I think that it could be also resolved in another way. Shield is inferior to protector in every possible way, probably because protector was made for engineer class which is bad ship for solo playing and therefore it's balanced on that ship. But not on normal ships. Strong protector has both much more HP and much faster cooldown than Rapid shield, this is unacceptable. Other problems with superior RD ships could be also resolved by Scorpion treatment, I mean, making all RD ships most paper prototypes(especially Poenari and Granite) for exchange for their superior items. You need to make old prototypes worth anything once again. Not everyone has that amount of time to build second prototype. Without fixing this you won't see players like me back in game even after Tau Ceti release. My friend wasted cryonite on buying Constructor just before RD even announcement. Other friend couldn't even finish Parsec Storm during few years.
It will be difficult to fix this huge unbalance and mess with RD ships, but I'm counting on you. I would like to return with friends to this game once again, but your decisions(extremely time-consuming Sirius and RD ships) gave us no choice.

I am very honest with you, even if they really continuously work on Pirate galaxy now, i don't place too much expectations on my list. Sure "Armor Adjustments" and "Tau Ceti" sounds great after this long time period, but the base problem is still there. I will soon or not-so-soon upload a German video where i will talk about these problems for short instead of writing a big wall of text. But maybe the developers improve the cryonite farming time from 4 hours to 1 hour and give us players a smooth and long lasting playtime... really, i would play much longer a day if the game wasn't less based on farming.

For now, i wait and i drink some tea. If i expect nothing i won't get disappointed. Might check out Dino storm even if this is not the genre i usually play.

We really wanted to get the first update out in 2015. But we got delayed with the Dino Storm update that is in the testing/polishing phase right now. That's why we struggle to give out dates, since they can cause frustration if you can not hold them. Sorry for that.

This will be tricky indeed, especially because we plan to mix PVE and PVP players and give them both enjoyment with that feature. The the idea is that players are able to fly mother ships and use them to invade other players with it. But before that we need to make the PVP system enjoyable. I won't go into details now, since this is planned as a entire Dev Shack article.

the frustration is just for the last 4 years

thats why we want dates !

it cannot be the update for dino storm for the only reason that we wait 4 years ! i dont believe that !

well i dont play since dezember 22 and i dont missing pg ! i just missing the people i played together !


and i dont spend money on pg until a realy realy good update is coming ! and many other players think like me

That's not a solution. This just makes it worse. Developers live from that money, without it:

- Server fees wouldn't be paid.
- Updates would be even less frequently.
- Would increase the chance of giving the game up.

Not paying is not a solution. Even if the 10 or 20 bucks hurt in some point, a bit of money, even if you only spend 5 bucks, would help the developer working faster because they wouldn't have to care about:

- Missing money for their real life
- Missing money for the server fees
- Missing money for the employees... if there are paid ones... don't know though, maybe they are also just hobby coders.

Well, I understand my part that they are a small team. They could use four months for each game and ready. In Pirate Galaxy we ask you to be constant. I believe that even though Dino Storm has more players, Pirate Galaxy is a game most promising games that ships like this are almost nonexistent. About your comment Highway:

The the idea is that players are able to fly mother ships and use them to invade other players with it. But before that we need to make the PVP system enjoyable. I won't go into details now, since this is planned as a entire Dev Shack article.
My clan 'Death Watch' came with an idea that would fit in yours idea and probably will be good for players without gold to spent for Cryonite Vault.
The idea is divided in a few cryonite vault boosters.
> The first one is for Conquests, players can buy a special cryonite vault for 8k Cryonite for a duration of 30 minutes. (You simply are betting you gonna loose alot cryonite but due the booster you won't loose more then 8k) BUT players can only buy it on start of a CQ, not when its going on!
> The second is for Collosus, this one could have a duration for 2 hours, costs 10k Cryonite.
> The third one is for common PVP's, a duration of 30 minutes for 4-5k Cryonite (This boosters only protects your cry from podding by players, not when get podded by NPC's, you will need the normal Cryonite Vaults then wich cost gold.

All Cryonite numbers above are calculated for players of lvl 85, offcourse for players with a lower level the booster cost less cry because they also loose less Cryonite when podded.

The next one is also for Conquests and probably Collosus also, wich is about the use of Gravitons.
They make fights simply not fun and unbalanced, so I come with an idea that will make the use of Gravitons get a balanced twist.
> First:
As an example: if an player from Alliance A uses Citrine grav, the enemy (Alliance B) gains +0,5% damage resistance, so each graviton used gives the enemy that boost. BUT if someone from Alliance B also uses the same graviton, the boost of his Alliance gets -0,5% till its 0 again and Alliance A get boosted.
So this way, using Gravitons can be usefull on start, but you will get punished on the long run.
> Secondly:
The cooldown of Gravitons are currently 4 minutes, they also could get increased to 10 minutes on CQs.

Last idea is overall, based on the Ancient techs gained in Sirius (Long, Rapid, Strong)
They really should get balanced for PVP, CQ and Collosus, can't be possible a 4M ship gets destroyed by a strong rocket that simply cost 110k?
A fight must be won by good tactics and skills, not 1 single weapons (this is for all techs, not just rocket)

Please review the server (or data center) of Gaia, since it has a terrible Lag. And it is only that server, the other servers are running smoothly.

i wouldn't be so sure. ive heard people on solaria complaining about lag.

While completing the upgrade of DINOSTORM can make small changes in the pirate that do not require a great effort from developer. These enhance the experience of the players were even.
CHANGES:
- Increase the number of planets in the fifth orbit of Sirius (6 -> 10).
- Increase the number of planets in the fourth orbit of Sirius (7 -> 12).

30h -> 24h
- Reduce the lifetime of the fifth planet orbiting Sirius ( between 4 or 6 days).
