Solaria Down - Will Inform When Up

i dont know about you guys, but i pay for this game, and i think i speak for all of us P2P when i say i want my gold back! i pay for 30 days of membership a month, but in reality at this rate il be lucky to get 10 days out of it, we pay for a service we are not getting and its only fair if we are to be refunded the percentage of gold equal to the percentage of time the solaria server is down

I agree, for those of us that are paying for memberships, booster, etc. our 30 day timers continue to run down wheather the server is online or not. Since there has been a significant amount of downtime in the last week or so I would like to see our timers extended by a couple days at least. I see several players commenting on this but no comments from any GM's, Dev's or higher ups. Can we get a response that it will/won't happen or is being considered? Besides since you shut off the servers to wait out the data center problems, theres a bit less for you to do at the moment.

I am trying to put out many Fires here with this problem. You are currently adding another log to the fire. As soon as SplitScreen knows what the overall damage is to the Solaria Server, then everyone will be updated & issues can be fixed. Until that time comes, Please be Patient

Thank you for the response. Im looking as hard as I can to get a working link for the players so bare with me and keep me posted on working or not.

right now i dont care if the server is Askone, or Aurora, or any others...i just want to be able to get into the login screen and play on A server....:'(

he said the Solaria is completely shut down, the link is to maybe get on another server to keep you occupied while they fix Solaria

**UPDATE** Keep an eye here for current updates. http://forum.pirategalaxy.net/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3839 As it says in this post, they moved the data center allowing Solaria to come back online. Hope this helps everyone and sorry for all the inconveniences.

Kimbo the server is up for you because you play on Askone and is in Europe...but us US players cant log in...

Seems the server is now down for non Americans as well now.
