Astraeus, I see that you are online and are viewing topic .
Is there not the possibility of transferring the the server to a backup until DDC have got their act together and sorted the prob? for example to piggy back of the euro server hardware so that the game is not interrupted.
I do know that as they are not providing you with the stable service you will be more than likely be compensated, I hope we the consumers will also be.

Here is my two cents on this.....
Reguardless of where the problem(s) are, we as the customers are not recieving the service we desire. In buisiness terms that will eventually lead to a loss of customers. There is only so long before customers will give up and go somewhere else.
That being said, I really do enjoy this game but my patience is beginning to wear thin. I find myself looking at other games during the downtime.

I'm a patient guy, and I don't know why SS is having so much trouble, so I'm not giving up on this game. This game is exactly what I enjoy playing. As a customer, I want good service, but if I were the provider of the service, I would also want good, understanding customers...

There appears to be some more Technical problems at the Solaria Data Center. They are currently working on Resolving those Problems but do not yet know when they will be fixed. You may use this Link to see if Solaria is up or down: http://eu.pirategalaxy.com/serverStatus.php
