OMG!!!...told you we couldnt play for more then 2minutes without the server crashing....UGH!!!!!!

Thursday 3:30 pm EST. Game Launcher will not even launch PG application. Unable to play. I am trying to be patient but it seems like every other day the server is crashing.

It seems that when there is an event, that causes the server problems. I tried for 3 hours to get back in game after start of PVP event. Every time there is an event I get disconnected and cannot relog. I suggest that PG stop holding events until server problem is resolved. I would rather have NO events than deal with the constant server problems.

yes. i agree with Tribera.
And, im not trying to be mean or insult the GMS. Sorry if i sound like i am.
But, you guys say you don't have anything to do with the Events causing the server crashes, etc. But, you guys can control how many mantis ships you can spawn right? you guys spawning alot of mantis, other stuff, etc in my opinion makes the server laggy. And can you GMs answer this questino please--Why should we pay for a membership when we cant even play the game, and get constant server crashes, etc?

Agree. I have severe lag issues when an event is going on. Yes could be my PC but I hear the same complaints from many different players. Today when the Vega 3 Event player vs player started is when the Game crashed. I am still unable to even get the game launcher screen.......And why am i showing as only level 36 on the Forum?? :eek:

yeah. the game launcher launches the game now...but it says "Server is offline" when it reaches the 1st pirate galaxy sign page...i cant even get to server selection screen to log into Askone :(

i dont know about you guys, but i pay for this game, and i think i speak for all of us P2P when i say i want my gold back! i pay for 30 days of membership a month, but in reality at this rate il be lucky to get 10 days out of it, we pay for a service we are not getting and its only fair if we are to be refunded the percentage of gold equal to the percentage of time the solaria server is down

unfortunately GMs will just tell you that "sorry. but there is no refunds." Ive heard that statement from them before somewhere in this forum.

Due to Issues beyond SplitScreen Control that are internal to the Data Center where the Solaria Server is located, SplitScreen has seen fit to totally shutdown Solaria until this is resolved. Please see the following Post: http://forum.pirategalaxy.net/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3839 - Solaria Data Centre issues again.

The issues here are not only affecting SplitScreen, but other companies as well. Please be Patient, SplitScreen has done the best they can do by shutting Solaria completely down to prevent Data Loss, So Please Do Not try to access the US Server Solaria till further notice.

I agree, for those of us that are paying for memberships, booster, etc. our 30 day timers continue to run down wheather the server is online or not. Since there has been a significant amount of downtime in the last week or so I would like to see our timers extended by a couple days at least. I see several players commenting on this but no comments from any GM's, Dev's or higher ups. Can we get a response that it will/won't happen or is being considered? Besides since you shut off the servers to wait out the data center problems, theres a bit less for you to do at the moment.

I get the server offline message.

I guess I'm not understanding how this could work, if the Solaria server is offline how can we play on the Solaria server? Does gamigo have a cloned copy of the Solaria server? Please explain it to me.
