I just thought i would let you all know that there are some of us playing(5 that i know of, lots i know) and having no problems at all. But the vega system has 1 or 2 people in it compared to the hundreds that have been recently, so something isn't right.

Everything is fine now my solaria friends. We found the problem. It was that USA player will get updates from a USA based website which didn't get updated properly with the new version therefore you were all trying to login using an old versions. Hence the endless loading and server unavailable! We just fixed it 2 mins ago. sorry!

Hmm.. the server goes Up and Down.. Wonder if the problems lie within the server itself (components) or with the line (net cnxn)??? I do hope this will be resolved soon

Nighthaven, they are looking at every possibility so just bare with them as they sort this out as fast as possible.

I take it that the people responsible for running the severs have had large chunks chewed off them.....
just a question to put into the frame, whilst I/we realise there are problems and appreciate being informed of this. There is however the question of the very real money that we spend on this game for boosters etc.
I do sincerely hope that the powers that be will look to compensate us for the loss of time on the server. This would go a long way to easing tensions between the players and SS, and serve to secure their continued investment in this game (myself included).
Not wishing to dwell on this but just to raise it to your attention.

Hello Oracle. At this time 13:38 GMT-5 the servers are still down in the US but are being fixed as we speak. Im not sure of the exact issue because Delloda and the techies are hard at work and have little time to relay what the issue is but rest assured that they will get to everyone as soon as they can. As for compensation, only Delloda or higher can offer anything of the such. Just keep an eye on this topic and await word from Delloda or higher. Thanks for your patience and understanding and sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused.

I just wanna give Delloda and his crew a pat on the back for not just drop kicking this annoying server into the next door parking lot.

now i dont play on the solara server i play on askone but i am from north america will this still afect me because it seem to have started today my client wont even load it just says" unable to connect to the updated server. cheak to see if your online or try again tomorow." now i know im online otherwise i woulnt be typing this hereHeimdall said:

Correct.
