STAM-XE Scout
Rare ship in the Sol system, found only on the Earth mountain. Note however that most of this ship's systems are only found in Draconis as rare drops. Once fully equipped, this ship is a very formidable attack platform/support ship, capable of defeating Hive mantis with ease. It's very useful for scouting ahead of your squad mates and providing valuble intel of enemy NPC and player movements, but be warned, it's sensors are very powerful, but are short range. Has the ability to equip Methanoid armor.
Developed by Sol Technologies Antimatter-Experimental, the STAM-XE scout's engines are said to be capable of creating a large windstorm on a planet over 3,000 lightyears away. A very recent design, it's known to be able to implement technologies found in Draconis.
Blaster:
ZP Wave Distortion Blaster
Derived from the Zero Point blasters found in Draconis, this is the most powerful blaster that Sol Technologies has come out with to date. It's full power is classified, but it's said to be able to create Zero Point distortion waves so powerful that they literally rip through an enemy ship as if it were warm butter. (It might be created by ST but it's still only found in Draconis.)
Collector:
ZP Molecular Dissasembly Collector
Utilizing it's unique ability to dissasemble what it's collecting molecule by molecule, then put it back together in your ship's cargo hold, this collector is said to be the fastest in the known galaxy. It's also capable of ripping your ship apart molecule by molecule if you disengage it's safety systems.
Repair Droid:
ZP Temporal Repair Droid
Capable of reversing time in the damaged areas of your ship, this repair droid can literally make it as though the damage never happened in the first place. It's also capable of creating a rift into an alternate reality, but this happens very rarely.
Afterburner:
ZP Solar Storm Afterburner
The most powerful afterburner design ever built, this engine is so fast it's rumored to be able to create solar wind storms on a planet over 3,000 lightyears away. Makes a good hair dryer, too.
Sensor Pod:
ZP Dynamic Sensor Pod
When dropped, this will provide intel in that area of the map for 15 minutes (veiwable on your tactical map as a dot for every ship in it's range) before depleting it's energy supply. It can also act as an anchor if there is nothing around.
Sensor Array:
Zero Point Sensor Array
Very very powerful sensor arrays allow this ship to scan a short way ahead of it's path, revealing enemy NPC and player movements within a limited range on your radar and tactical map. When used in a squad it also sends the intel to your squad mate's tactical maps.
Cloak:
ZP Subspace Distortion Cloak Generator
A purely defensive weapon, this renders you invisible to your enemies for a short time. When in pirate mode, it also hides you from players. Cannot fire your weapons with the cloak engaged, but you can drop sensor pods. Once engaged, the cloak will last for 5 minutes, allowing you to escape a fight that you can't win. When used with the Afterburner systems, this subsystem will be very valuble for escaping unfair fights. If you can find it, that is.
Laser Cannon:
ZP Plasma-Enhanced Heavy Laser Cannon
The only offensive item this ship has, with the exception of the blasters, this weapon uses plasma that's been highly energised by Zero Point energy. When fired it can be signified by the red particle beams streaking toward your target, often the last thing your enemy sees...It has the range of a normal blaster, but it has a much longer cooldown time. Even so, it does far more damage than a normal blaster, capable of nearly 1-shotting mantis on the Hive.
