Vicius was killed at Hive while Fam Doom should currently still be in prision at Carl Sagan Lab if i remember it correctly as the last time we have seen him was during the Drac story for the recipe of Neptunes Bliss. Since then there was no other interaction or story where Fam Doom was mentioned so he may return in TC4 at the side of the Queen again.

i hope he will return and the mantis entforcer as well
