If you know how to setup your Computers Network connection, try putting the following address into your secondary DNS Slot - 2.2.2.4 - This is a generic DNS address that almost never fails. Also this was posted as soon as I heard about Issues & started looking into them: Network Issues in UK

Contacted my internet provider and they no nothing about a DOS attack. Also i have no problem with any sites but SS ones.
I can't get on PG nor any game that SS is running (steel legions), i think the problem is most definitely with SS and not a DOS attack. I will phone my internet provider again! to see.
Will we get a refund for the days lost on our membership and boosters?
