So Called Network Issues

Alot of EU pilots are having issues connecting to any Splitscreen or other sites atm due to a Major Internet Issue in the London area. Tests have been run from my Location that verify ther is a DDOS attack going on & this is affecting the Internet.

Please be patient as this will soon clear up. This is not a Splitscreen issue

I havent been able to get online all day and its hard to even get on here to read/post on forum but i can play all other none SS games and go to all other site plus i phoned my netwoork provider and was on the phone for 30mins and they tested everything not a problem....

Its not a network problem Its once again a SplitScreen problem why else would everything else on the internet work ???????????????

It says PG but when u play that many games you could know 1 game will go down 0.o

yeah i´m in the UK, cant game PG but everything else works fine with the internet ...

i too can not get anything pg related to work properly, it all times out and game wont run at all

will pg refund my membership /booster for the time i cant play ? if you ask pll to pay it should work

I couldnt get on for hours yesturday - when it finally let me on i got lag, tried to restart and it broke again.
SS finally told me that it wasnt their problem and i should contact my internet provider. But whats the use of that if the problem is being caused by an internet attck in London? lol
I found the posts about people not being able to get the browser to work last night (wouldnt work for me either), would of been nice to of found that before i wasted hours trying to fix a problem in my settup that simply isnt there....

Ive also wasted the last 2 days of my membership - well last day of it is today i think.

If it was due to a internet attack in the uk then all internet useage would be affected but if you read my post right instead of just writing in and trying to be clever you would clearly see that i stated that EVERYTHING else on the internet works with no problems its just things to do with SS ie pirate galaxy and this forum ^^

Of course it dosnt make sense if the rest of the net is fine - ask whoever wrote that post coz i dunno wot he was on about.

Amazing it seems then you are the only one not affected by mayor issue occurring in UK Sniper-King, or is your provider not up to date with latest happenings?

Try to not start any aggression and all will be fine. I let this remain opened up, but with one more post of that kind and I'll close this.

A specific Internet attack in a Local are a may cause strane results in other areas. Also DNS (Domain Name Service) as well as routers & Switches along the way also play big parts in connectivity. If it was a Stand Alone Splitscreen Issue, more players would be affected

If you know how to setup your Computers Network connection, try putting the following address into your secondary DNS Slot - 2.2.2.4 - This is a generic DNS address that almost never fails. Also this was posted as soon as I heard about Issues & started looking into them: Network Issues in UK

Dont know what happend but the website seems to be working perfectly now - was very slow and kept messing up erlier and yesturday, and i can get on the game (not risked trying to restart yet).
Just found my memberships ran out - dont supose i get that 1.5 days worth back? lol

Do hope its fixed now and it wont go back to that problem.

OK perfectly mite of been an overstatement - stall cant use the browser - keeps telling me to update java, and wen i do says to do it again.
