In my opinion the current system to ban players from OTB is a bit Unfair. ( I have no idea if this is the right place to write this btw)
Recently on Kalgan we had an issue with 2 players loosing connection just before landing, making them miss the land window and getting a 1 week OTB ban. We figured it was a bitunfair as it's not something they can control. In addition on Kalgan we have very few players, making it difficult to have OTB most of the time, with 2 player being banned now it is even harder.
So we thought of maybe instead of an "instant 1 week ban" if you don't land or are AFK, maybe have a warning system. As in instead of immediatly get banned you get a warning that last let's say for a month, that way if it's a 1 time accident the player can still do OTB, but if the player is a repeating offender and they get let's say 3 strikes they then get a more severe punishement as they did the crime 3 times within a month, so maybe 2 or 3 week ban.
Would it be possible to see this implemented ? or maybe someone has a better idea ?
