You can play with a 64 bit system however they game only supports 32bit java. So to play the game you must install 32bit java only.

anyone else getting problems when trying to launch the client or play the web version.

i get an error message saying:

one or more files failed to download. this kind of problem is often caused by a security software or interrupted internet connection. please check your setting and try again.

there is nothing wrong with my security software as I've played been able to play it before with my security software and my internet connection doesn't get interrupted.

any suggestions?

cant log in atm was just on before after the update then game froze on logout window and now it freezes after log in on the PG logo ....
is there another server off or is it just me?!

Same thing here m8 press login then loading screen goes away and u stuck at pirate galaxy logo with planet debres background

Correction just had same thing on my splitscreen account

nvm, now even ssg cant log in. was probably a coincidence tht ssg acc could get in.
game server seems to b down.

I get disconnected on a regular basis for over a month now. I sent a ticket on 24th of April with med report but status is still OPEN.

This problem is only for Solaria server. After d/c i cant log in anymore. Kalgan and Askone do work fine.

I have gamigo account but splitscreen account gives same problem so thats not it. I've had this problem too long time ago and it could be fixed then. So please do that now also coz its extremely annoying.

Is there anyone home to help me please? 9 days for an answer is ridiculous.

Ok this is getting tiring!! The automatic reconnect is for the birds... I am still getting it and am getting really tired of trying to login to play PG!! I have rebooted my computer and I know its not my connection.. I have the highest of my state which is 30mbps and I am also in a chat client so I know its not my connection.... Ya'll need to fix this ASAP!!! I am not the only one having this issue so if you think by telling me to check my connection, think again... One solution is required... FIX IT!!!

well kinda typical..i come to glance at the event today and i CANT LOG IN the game i get internal error contact support message..wht u guys up to how about announcing server is down so i know if its an isolated incident.....ok so now i was able to log in finally but i will ofc expect it to fail again as is tradition.

I have been sending in all kinds of complaints to the forum hoping and praying you would fix the servers or do something where we can log in without problems.. well here it is almost the end of June and we are still having problems.. I have been trying for the past 30 mins to get into PG and all i get is server disconnection and trust me it is NOT my connection it is YOURS!!! I was paying the game for memberships and cryo vaults and was going to start again next month, but, if I can't log in to play the game I'm not paying for memberships anymore.. I am really sick and tired of trying to play a game i and my friends really like and we can't get into it to play.. fix it please... and thats the last time i say please...... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Being booted offline alot lately has made me rethink of staying on this game.... You either need to fix the PROBLEM and find a solution to it or you are going to lose alot of players.. I can be running SMS for my clannies and get booted out of the game right in the middle or flying to another system and get booted in transport... PLEASE FIND A WAY TO FIX THIS GAME OR ATLEAST COME UP WITH A LIE TO SOOTH OUR FRUSTRATION!!..

Tried all suggestions, and filed a ticket yesterday, but no reaction yet.
