i havent played in a while and forgot my account so i signed up again when i connect ether on browser or on the client it goes as far as asking me to login to the server then a box appears saying theres a error (no code) cannot connect and throws me on to the auto reconnect screen i have no firewall on or antivirus and am extremely frustrated as i love the game and want to play again any assistance you can provide would be great

If the problem persists, you can contact support to move your account, that error usually happens in Gamigo, could also be due to a transfer server, explained here
hi all, I been having connection issue's the last 2 days now. client loads the game but once my ship is loaded an error comes up saying ( Asynchronous timing- connection lost due to timed out code: 67CT contact support if you don't know how to fix this. I have sent in a ticket to support but no response yet. I play on the solaria server lvl 85 and was looking forward to finishing up the christmas event ship bp's this year. any help would be appreciated, thank-you..
It seems something is wrong with american gateways. I get a lot of connection issues to login to my account. I need to retry the login process a few times. After login successfully, I still get an error message when entering any server, but a few seconds later the client enters without any further action and I can play normally. After unlogging from any server, I am forced to restart the client a few times more until I get the login screen.
I am unable to log in using either the browser or the client. When trying, I get about 80% loaded and then the load screen disappears. Please look into this.
I've been having issues logging in as well. Was working fine after the event started yesterday, but stopped working today. Annoying. I thought that I was going to get some quality time playing this game . . . .

We just restart our PCs or just come later. Login worked normally in morning, after 8 or 9 am we were unable to login untill almost 3 pm, that is for some pilots. This is what happened after green boxes load. It is before we get login option.
My PirateGalaxy.errorlog is a 0 byte file. However, I noticed some weirdness in the launcher.log file:

I tried:
(yes, the VERY first thing I tried was to push the red button (Shutdown/Reboot)... never works though)
/ipconfig flushdns, as that seemed to help a few times in the past +Shutdown/Reboot.
Disable/Enable (Reset) the NIC, also sometimes works in similar situations +Shutdown/Reboot.
I will now attempt to scrub PG from the registry.
Yes, I am aware my directories are not default, however I have been running PG without issue for a couple/few years like this... It works just fine, and as I'm sure there are way more conformist installs having this login issue, I sincerely doubt my paths are the culprit in this instance.
EDIT: I can log in. I decided to Run as Admin the Uninstaller, Reboot, Run as Admin the Installer, working thus far. Sorry, fellas, your uninstaller doesn't remove via manifest, rather it deletes all the contents of a directory then tries to delete the directory... I lost one of a kind files just then, some might have held info to help...
