NPC healing bug

As I was hunting strong units in Sirius, this particular r79 rocketeer completely wasted my effort (and energy) by instantly restoring its health to full after it turned its back on me and faced the wall at the bottom of the screen, even though it didn't even leave my blaster range. I fired another shot without moving my ship, it took 4% damage that was also immediately nullified, so i decided to give up and orbit. This isn't the first time an NPC fully heals while still in player blaster range, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue while recording just yet.

some mantis on sirius run away when they are low hp if they get enough distance from you they heal

it did not get any distance to begin with, it just stopped on the wall at the bottom then went to the right, i didn't move and didn't stop shooting

It's not happening only in Sirius, for strange reason the system that determine if a enemy is on fight can fail and consider he's not longer in combat despite being attacked. Not a new bug, always annoying when it happen aggainst a tanky enemy.

It's not so rare with the enemy that run away from you, it can also happen when you engage a enemy direclty after he lost his previous target. Venar Stun turrets display a behavior when if the turret cannot attack you then the turret is not in combat (destroying interrest of range booster to destroy turret while being safe).

after a few tries, I managed to take screenshots (click here) that show the rocketeer healing right in front of me. as you can see, i stood still and kept shooting and it fully healed, then started shooting me again as if nothing happened
