But the problem is you have not taken into account that the ships used together would be pretty much invincible....

But the problem is you have not taken into account that the ships used together would be pretty much invincible....
Just by saying it would have to be very costly to work you have admitted that, if everyone had one, the game would be inbalanced... So you only make it availble to the hard working players... That, to me, stinks of "fatally flawed idea that hasnt been thought through" ...peck said:he never mentioned E so unlimited e booster doesn't apply to this. and the price he is talking about is close to half a parsec. A Frigate is not a Capital ship but in an Era like this would most likly be assisted by Robotics to its still a 1 man ship. It takes up the amount due to its size, CQ ships are diffrent as they wouldn't have as much firepower. Also the classiefication of "Capital Ship" is only given to a Ship ranging from a Destroyer and Cruiser to a Carrier and Battleship. The Light Frigate is a small but tought ship to beat back. Able to do a Large Variety of Roles from Escorting to simple Assaults on light Enemy Fortifacation. The size of the ship also means it cannot equip an Afterburner.

Designed to be a Heavy Weapons Platform to defend Technatoria from the Mantis when they were about to attack but instead of using ships the Technatorians had a surprise in the form of Gravimetric Bomb which destabilized the Planets Core causing a Chain Reaction.

I personally dont lik the idea of a rediculously overpriced ship that isnt even that good... lol. It seems as pointless as the parsec. On the other hand, if it was good, pit would inbalance the game. So this idea is either pointless or stupid.![]()
