Connection type:
PSTN aDSL: 2Mbit Download/ 512Kbit upload (around 600 meters away from the dslam)
Also tested on
ISDN aDSL: 2Mbit download/ 512KBit upload (this was i think the worst kind of connection since here the connection is 5.5 kilometers away from the DSlam. frequent disconnects yet still results were similar if not better to the above. Also and i am quoting a Greek techie i should expect the connection to go down when it rains

)
The past 2 weeks i have been firing at lvl 53 Imperial signors (i am 62 rank atm and looking for a sniper ship to no avail). On average i miss 1 shot out of 5 (obviously the 1 missed cannot be the last one). 1/3 of them, the missed shot is the 1st one. the rest 2/3 there is no specific pattern on which shot misses the most.
13 times i missed 5 times in a row. out of those 13 times 2 times i critical shotted the signor 2 times in a row and killed it.
Once i missed 7 times in a row and continued to shoot at it for the hell of it. the rest of the DS came down but i wanted to see (after the 1st 5) how long it would take for the kill. it took me (another)2 missed shots and 5 hits.
the last 2 days i am getting something even more weird. even though an imperial signor lvl 53 is at most 4 hits for a rank 62 TANK with sol rare blaster, there are times where i need to fire 5 shots at it to shoot it down. When situations like this arise i miss 2 shots in the seven it takes me to down an imperial signor.
Over here i would like to point out that i wait at the LZ of the signor after i have killed its DS ressurector and the signor it self. When the signor spawns again i select it by mouse and attack.
I have not seen changes (in hit or miss) between right selecting and left selecting.
There are other enemies there as well. Pyros custodian commanders and snipers.
Snipers on average take 3 shots to die (1 missed 2 hits).
Pyros are the same (1 miss 2 hits)
Custodian commanders on average i miss 2 shots against them. if the manage to put a shield on then the average goes to 4.
I hope this helps a bit on data gathering. I have to note that all of the above were tested on both internet connections. In the case of the ISDN line i hardly missed more than once, even though i never ever could do a kill with no missed shots.
Edit START
I forgot to add that on both i have used cta5 Ethernet cables. I do not use wireless of any kind. Please add if u need the models of the routers i have been using
