I've noticed that cq's seem to pick up interest when the clans are even, then when several allies start winning them all, interest drops. and the cq's then become boring, where sometimes, the clan with the most players online don't even have to fight for it. They just have to land and take the beacons, which is so boring.
Example:
Our clan ( Team Moonshine ) were allied with GoA, Hammers, and Dark Brotherhood, and we started winning every planet. This resulted in clans staying away, which left us with nothing to do but wander over to the next cq planet. So we decided that our clan should cancel alliances, and join up with F242 to make it more interesting. At first we were winning, with the occassional loss, then Loyal Elites joined alliance with our old allies, and they started winning all the cq's. Of course, this has resulted in players from our clans staying away as they don't want to lose cry, or waste game time in pointless attempts at winning. So now, Hammers and their allies are back to doing boring cq's.
I suggest that SS change the amount of allies allowed to 1 or 2 so that more clans have a chance at putting up a good fight, and maybe even winning, instead of being vastly outnumbered as they are at the moment. We have allied with 2 more clans today, which hopefully makes it more interesting, but I still think that the limit for allies should be lower than the current 3.
