So this is my first post. I have tried to log in today with no success. My boosters are running and Splitscreen has still done nothing to fix the issues or even had anyone in charge answer my forum posts nor my tickets to support. Is there anyone actually working for this game anymore???
Or is everyone just screwing the customers. I for one am sending out messages and asking questions as to the stability of this company. Does anyone know if they have a Better Business Bureau for online companies???
I wonder if they will ever do anything to get the game running properly. The funny thing is they have people working on translations for this game to other languages for other countries, but this game does not even work in many countries.
I play this game with people from many different countries and it seems that some countries are totally cut off from the game now or can not log in what so ever. I am currently based our of Shanghai China. I had absolutely no trouble or problems with this game except here or there lag from time to time. Now its just impossible to log in.
I get 100% loading and then goes over to the black screen with the PG logo and the loading wheel of doom. It circles round and round for about 1 minute before vanishing, leaving me to stare at the PG logo. I have restarted, refreshed, cleaned, deleted, reinstalled, virus scanned, Called my Service provider and every other possible thing to clear this problem from my end..... AND GUESS WHAT!?!?! Its not coming from me.
So I ask Anyone who works for Splitscreen. Get off your rear and fix the servers. There is no reason for all these problems. Are you a second rate shotty gaming company? I would like to think not, but you sure dont know how to run a business.
I am tempted to take a flight to Germany just to give the CEO's a piece of my mind, but cant speak German so would do no good. So I will just post a topic every day till I actually get a response from someone who actually knows what is going on in this game and why it is not working properly.
