One of my clan (when we all was in Gamigo), got a Gold BP on Molikar, but the Gold BP was on top of a mountain and he couldn't collect it.
Also another member of my clan sold accidentally the Sol Tank (lvl45, before the system Sol opening) that he bought with money (on the times when you can buy a ship from the next system), he only got 3000 cryo for the selling when he had full gold mizar bp's.

Again, when gamigo ran the game, I got the bp for the mmb and was killed immediately after, and I dropped the mmb about three secs afterI got it 
lol this sux, (it really happened to me)
Got 2 times sol aggrobeacon (both stolen)
got 2 times sol perf (1 stolen)
sol collector (stolen)
2 times sol orbittal strike (stolen)
sol repair droid (stolen)
and with stolen i mean, i kill almost the whole mantis and the other 1/2 shots on it, and then they take the goldie ARGH!!

Was looking for sol rep for ever and found no less than 8 sol perf.... great but i dont have a storm.After that joined a squad to keep looking when a gold dropped at squad leader and i could not see it.....He informed me it was indeed the rep i was after, which ended up in my keyboard breaking and me in a pod ermmmmmm bad move on my part hehehe. ^^

I was looking for mizar rockets and i had been there some time,i had 200 e left 2 shots maybe 3 and 1 rep,i used 4 shots because i missed the rocketeer and rare dropped i had very little life so unlucky me had 103 e when i need 110 to rep,i was hoping my collector was faster but it....wastn the rare dissapeared as i got pod so i collected it but it needed like 0.01 sec to get it in the ship but i just pod before and i didnt get it and unluky enough its real
and as i said rare dissapeared so icoudnt go and get about 250 as you did on that e field then go collect the rare because the rare dissapeared when my came

Turns out it was... Gemini Giga rockets. Yes that's right wiki writers. It DOES drop on prosperous.
57 DS's later, I've still not found another gemini giga rocket... ohhhhh life is cruel. xD

Yeah and I was helping SnowRaven to get that sniperblaster and it dropped but he couldn't see it because of a ridicolous squad bug...
It sucks for you guys that it happens, glad I have not experienced it for myself

So, You're doing the dirty water mission... solo. You're friends are amazed that you're actually pulling it off.
...you approach the proper corner by the parasites. Noting that a ds is behind you... and that shockingly, another is coming from the path in front of you.
You turn the corner to find 2 more approaching, much to your horror.
A fifth one appears from what seems like nowhere (I counted five commanders in the area surrounding my ship after I got podded.)
Now they call in the Parasites in the area upon your poor ship.
Math:
Let DS = 5 (resurrectors don't shoot, so not counting them)
Let Parasite = 1
Equation: 5(DS) + 10(Parasite) = 5(5) + 10 = 25 + 10 = 35 = WHY MEEEEEEEE?!?!?!?!?!?!
Needless to say, I failed the mission. I didn't last very long.
After asking other players, they've told me that the third filter piece is known for being a "slug zone"...
however, not one of them has a shafted story to match my own. TwT
