why do GM's never reply

all i wanna no is what is the point in GM's saying wrighting them a Private message to them on the Forum or game.
you message them on the forums and they NEVER REPLY.

there is a 'contact a GM' function in the help button in the game. you can contact them there. as for the forum, give them time to respond, they are very busy.

normaly they will respond, if they havent responded yet its due to the fact they are busy doing their job, give them time.

GMs & Myself are usually busy & do not immediately respond to PMs & we dont sit there waiting for PMs either. It may be a few minutes or a few hours before a PM is responded to, so you must be patient. All Forum PMs do get answered

But whats the job of gm's in the game? I tought it was to answer problems and bugs (and reporting them to the dev's, only a few do this)

A GMs job is varied depending on LvL -GM, SGM, LGM, but their main function is to deal with In-Game Issues, Forum Issues are secondary. Forum Mods deal with the issues presented in the Forums. I Deal with not only In-Game Issues but also Forum Issues as well as any other Issue assigned or found

I have always had good luck contacting GM's when needed. Maybe they do not like you that much -Nasher-.

If you contact via forum, even if it's a game issue I still might be able to help.
We are quite aware of game/forum issues we all staff members here, and also quite capable to give advice, and also to take forward any required issue.

Just don't pm any issue what can and is handled by forum post.

Btw, i got a message on the forum from i think a spanish guy, he sended to all game masters, and many more groups, even wiki masters a message.

I hope you all realise that Wiki Masters have no power and are only a group that is building up a wiki.

Yes,i got that message to, and asked for a translation. Apparently they just discussed some guy that was swearing and got banned or something. Nothing interesting.

As for answering PMs i always answer PMs and in game i try to help as much as i can. If and i mean if i cannot deal with it or cannot get help to deal with an issue then and only then do i ask people to submit a ticket.
