And when will that be PhilipBarbarian? Is there a person assigned to deal with this problem? As time goes by and still no answers at all, also the other topic closed without an answer, well with the answer we did know for over a month now, we do get the feeling that no one cares
Hi5 has been down for 3 days now, while they remake into Tagged, Tagged is also inaccessible atm so no way to get to their customer support.
More then a month ago when Hi5/Tagged announced that they removing all games, they did stated that they will work with game developers to help us play our games on different sites. I did wrote back then to hi5 support requesting support for my PG account, and i am sure other hi5 players did that also. We did all what we could do on our end.
At the moment we are stuck within the vicious circle of bureaucracy, and until SS personal in charge of this deals with Hi5/Tagged personal in charge, but as i see the info exchange is very slow. I do hope that Splitscreen is not going to desert their hi5 players, and will be able to be moved over to SS.
SS staff please give us hope!
