Which is the best?

Im almost lvl10 and i was just wondering what ship is best

Light Engineer, Speed Stun, Space Tank, or War hawk?

hundreds of similiar posts. Try putting what you need top right in the search zone. Anyway the choice goes down between storm and tank, cuz they are the best ships to play and grind with. I would advise you the storm as a storm fan

I would say it depends on your interests'. If, for instance, you have a lot of friends or are in a clan or plan to find lots of friends/people to work with, any ship is good and thus people usually take the storm (because who doesn't love shoot-um-ups? ) but, if you want to do things mostly solo, a tank is definitely the best choice (Gemini aside, engineer).

Well vega is an easy system.It can be done even with anin 1450.
If you want to have lots of hp but not much firepower then tank is good for you.
If you want to help firepower but low in hp, storm is what you need.
If you are a pvp fan, you can get the shock, its not a bad ship.
Engie in Vega is useless for me.

As a storm fan, I suggest you to get it.It is very usefull for grinding and doing sms (except gemini)

Storm is a good choice in vega. It has low armor, but it should still be enough in vega. In antares, however the storm is a bit worser.

From gemini and up, the shock gets much better and it also looks cooler.

confusing :S well im in antares now and im almost lvl18 and planning to buy a new ship i realy like storm but most of you say its not good at antares >.<

A higher system weapon is always better than a lower system one, so yeah terasa blasters are better than vvb

Vega system can be done with anin 1450.

As a primary ship at Antares system you will need firepower with the Story Missions, but also speed is great for to be able to fight in some situations.

Remember to upgrade the armor to Deluvian, and you will be stronger.

Shock (stunner) or Storm are the best choices imo, engineer is quite weak for a low rank player, and it doesn't have mat yet(only Gemini), and tank does not have needed firepower.

Stunner you can use Speed Actuator to recharge heal, and ab faster, and Stun Charge can stop a Custodian Commander, and any other mantis in the middle of it's attack for awhile, works for Juggernauts and other Big mantis in sm's(Story Missions) as well.

Storm you can use Rockets + Aim Computer what will damage more at once.
In harvester grinding Storm is the best, use Blaster to shoot at Harvester, and load Aim Comp. and shoot a Rocket on the Interceptors will make it easier.

Remember that you are to do both Terasa and Lustra with the Antares ship of your choice, and also Gemini, depending on your crystals, and if you can afford to buy a Gemini ship.

Engineer is the best choice at Gemini, most of SM's are escort missions, and you need to protect the escorted ones.

Mizar, Storm or Tank.

SOL, Tank best for to survive in SM's.

But this all depends a lot of what kind of player you are:
If you are an attacker, and aggressive player, Storm
If you are a defensive player wanting to be more protected, a Tank
If you like PVP's (players vs player fights) then Shock is the fastest and best.
If your nature is of a helper, and medic, Engineer.

Now if you like CQ's (Conquests) try to not sell your ships when you unlock new system.
Rather grind the crystals for to keep them, and to buy the next system ship.

Now remember all systems has Rare ships,
Vega has 3 / Tank and 2 Starter ships
Antares has Shock (Stunner)
Gemini has Engineer
Mizar has Storm
SOL has a Sniper

wtf EQUAL a VVB has like a 1% drop rate and terresa standard is a free BP and you say equal D:< i sense an unfairness in the force :nerd:

a rare is only as good as the worst bp from the next system plus the worst bp from the next system is usually cheaper.

Rares are good when the next system isnt released. If you have vvb in vega with 4/5 systems after, dont buy it. Vega missions arent that hard and i think you can do them solo, so you can get easy to antares. If in a different system you cannot proceed and no one helps you, you can try buying the rare blaster. When youll be a higher level player, youll do cqs and then rares will be needed.
