You get XP as long as difference between you or your target isnt more that 8 levels. So as rank 68 pilot, any mantis on Gazica gives you some XP. Higher level target gives more of course.
At Gazica, pretty good spot to grind XP is on 3rd methanoid village where are those r66 signors and snipers and nearby e field. Enemies on Hive landing zone are also good, if you happen to have access to there already.
