i got the same effect on my old laptop, its cos the graphics card doesnt support the effects the game displys at high or mrdium settings but all them effects are turned off at low settings, i dont think updating your graphics card drivers will change anything but its worth a try. and Ahsoka he is not talking about graphics lag he is talking about his graphics being wrong colour and shape mate, but im sure if the guys at splitscreen can get it sorted for you they will. if you are playing this game on a desk top pc maybe think about getting a cheapish directx 10 graphics card, something like an nvidia 9500gt or 9600gt they can be bought for about £35 but also find out what graphics card type you have, ie is it agp or pci express, if its agp look for a nvidia 7600gs( this is just about the best you can get on agp with spending a fortune ) or if you have pci express go for one if the other ones i talked about
