WHATS WITH THE TICKETS?

Seriously sending a ticket does nothing. everytime I talk to a gm about the problem they say send a ticket to the support. Yeah like thats gonna do a whole lot

waiting for an ticket and it has gone 2-3 days :/ I think

when they receive a ticket, they go test it before they reply. they can only do testing on work days so you need to wait at least till the next work day. also, they view tickets based first on the priority lvl set to the ticket, then priority of the account that sent it, then by time delivered. It can take a long time if the ticket is at low priority and was sent by your everyday user.

Most Support Tickets are answered or try to be Answered within 24 Hours of Receipt.

If you do not follow the reporting guidelines Bug Reporting Guidelines version 1.4 or at least give a good description of the Issue &INCLUDE your Pilot Name & Server you play on, You are delaying the Response or May not be responded to at all.

Dont put all the Blame on Support. Many Tickets come in with Missing Information or are replied to but then sit for days without any response from the Pilot. Always ask a GM to assist with an Issue before you send it to Support.

Support Hours Generally are Monday~Friday 8 AM (GMT +1) ~ 5 PM (GMT +1) However tickets are also answered from 9 AM EST (GMT -5) to 9 PM EST (GMT -5). Tickets may also be looked at & responded to at other hours of the day or Night & on Week-Ends


Remember to follow the Bug Reporting Guidelines version 1.4 when submitting any Ticket
