pfff Gms/LGS/devs.

What are use of this forum if there dont do someting what we just reported,
Only things that we see on forum is negative things and talk about problems.
GMS/LGM react on topic. that nice, butt where hell are devs respond.
On german forum there give a reaction
GMS/LGM Only thing there are saying is
Sent a ticket. oke We do sent a ticket

Is that all? all that time what we just reported???

Hi,

Only answer I can really give is that most major problems can only be fixed though support.

Most official games do this. The forums are primary used for discussions and community socialization.

The way I see how this forum works, is that if you report bugs, they will pass it along to the devs and they are worked on by the developers. Some things may be harder to fix than others.

No we do not pass the issues reported on this forum to the devs, we have the bug reports system, and the support where each player has to submit their ticket.
As I have said so many times, posting bugs/issues on the forum will not help, it has to be formally reported to the support.

Noted.

Makes things easier I believe. I seen alot of problems with bug reports being handled on the forums and they usually don't go well. Very smart of you guys to keep bugs with support.

can we get confirmation about this from lcm or hcm or pm or whoever work 4 real money in SS?

it will b nice if som1 of them agree or disagree with this

I believe there is no need of confirmation, I have been long enough time here to know what issues are handled, and brought to the forum and not.

didn't say that u don't have knowledge about this but if is as u say then som1 from SS disrespecting us (players) with posting lies or false info about how we have 2 report bugs. since u say that ur reply is correct then maybe astraeus post is false or something have changed and players r not informed about those changes. if that is case that can eazy lead players 2 b frustrated about not fixed bugs even if they r reported on proper way. and proper way is only that way what is posted here on form and 1 of those ways is reporting bugs here on forum.

i'll not say that astra is guilty or that u r guilty 4 this but will just say that players have 2 b informed about changes on time. by astra post we can report bugs and here and will devs or gm's look in that forum and test those missions about reported bugs is not our problem at all.

sry if som1 get insulted or offended by my reply's it was not my attend 2 do that. all what was posted from my side r just facts with prove. logical there is and 3th option that i didn't understand that post from astra on right way. if that is case i m so sorry cuz i m just human and making mistakes.

Hi,

I believe we are reading that quote wrong.

I believe it is meant to be comprehended that if a GM is not available,then message support. Not GM chat or forums.

I can see where you possibly make the error of thinking it says support or forums because of the comma but because there is no comma after support; the quote does say do not report to GM chat or forums.
