Can anyone at all tell me WHAT is going on with Split Screen?
Has anyone had an official response from Split Screen?
Does anyone feel like Split Screen has even listened to the players or read the posts?
In reviewing the latest proposed update to the game; does it appear that they've taken our frustration into consideration?
How does it address the issues posted here repeatedly?
Here's how most of us see it....
The SplitScreen developers are modifying chat and also adding anchor points so the ship doesn't drift? Umm.. So what? It doesn't affect our actual game play.
We don't care if the tutorial is being removed.
It doesn't affect our game play.
It doesn't concern us if we are not selecting the server any more.
It doesn't affect our game play.
And when we see the news about the game - also does not affect our game play.
Incorporating a repair droid into starter ships.. lovely, but every pilot is going to ditch the starter ship within a few hours of signing up. I've read NO complaints about incorporating a repair droid into starter ships.
For the majority of pilots.. it does not affect our game play.
Hints and tips on the loading screen.
Does not affect our game play.
About the ONLY thing that affects our game play - is raising the energy cap. Hallelujah.
Split Screen, by ignoring the players and maintaining this wall of silence, you are driving us away.
READ the forum and note the amount of players who are fed up and walking away from the game.
Does it concern you?
It should.
RESPOND TO US PLEASE.
Do it in actual words. Words like - we may have messed up here. We SHOULD have responded to your concerns instead of acting like we are ignoring you. You have a point and here's what we believe the issues are:_____________________________ .
And then tell us how you're addressing them.
You may feel like you have responded to us... but I don't.
And none of the players I've spoken with do.
I hope you can understand this - because I don't think you really get it...
The paying players will not pay for a game that is no fun to play.
If you read what your customers are saying - you will realize the paying players are not happy players.
Therefore, unhappy players who are not having any fun say good-bye and decide to pay someone else to have their fun.
Very soon you will not have paying players.
I've spent 25 years in Customer Service for large corporations.
I know exactly how you should be responding.
You are failing miserably.
Any other players have anything to add?
