Sent a ticket in regarding a bug with the PG website (pirategalaxy.com/download). It was about a bug with downloading the client, it said that the file was not found on their servers. They came up with a couple ideas about why I couldn't download the client, without listening when I said that I wasn't the only one with this issue. The ticket was "resolved" in their mind with "Since you are a Gamigo account holder please use "pirategalaxy.com/download. The ticket will now be closed, thank you."

So I ask, do they actually even bother to read the tickets? Or just copy and paste everything we write back to us? They also asked for a screenshot, which was attached with the original ticket!

Next time send this to me - it looks like the client you are trying to download is from the Gamigo Site? I dont see the actual URL listed - Let me know

If Anyone has this Issue, I need to know ASAP so I can get it fixed - The URL for the client is: http://pirategalaxy.com/download - Click on the Big Download Button

Any errors you get need to be reported to me via Support with screenshots


The error shown below came from Gamigo's Site & not http://pirategalaxy.com/download
