Unable to get in

I've been trying daily once a day to try to log in but it won't connect to the server(s) of the game What am I missing? I'm using DSL with ethernet connected to my laptop. Any suggestions?

Have you checked your graphic card, and Java, try to check if you have all up to date, also please do the Java medic test here:

Are you trying to play by browser or have you downloaded the game client, that works best.
On PG website, http://pirategalaxy.com you can download it.

If you use the client, uninstall it and re-install.

If nothing works, please file a ticket, give a clear description of your issue

After that animation update, my game crashes so many times now... also i cannot get in many times, cuz at the moment The orbit is loading my game crashes... this happens about 40 times a day, and dureing the game it also crashes alot... before i had no problems at all
