surely you should go to cq's with the intention of winning?
and thats what alliances do when they share planets, leave the planet and let the ally win.

I am sure i read that temporary alliances were not allowed.

and you also made it very one sided, and let one clan in particular win. You didnt leave the planet and let the small clans fight it out.

im gonna have to put that fail whale in my sig arent i.....

There is several ways of winning among those are breaking your alliance's moral by not letting you have any planets

I apologize if you did not understand this before, yes i am talking about unofficial rules, but they were strongly hinted at by SS with the introduction of the alliance limit. it was something along the lines of "no one with more than three alliances can participate in CQ" i believe.

words get twisted. Perhaps this entire thread is arguing of rumors....

...but I'm sure it would have been deleted if that was the case.

If it was not for the fact that you are accusing me of cheating, I would find this post laughable. What Oldviking said is true. We went to Vega for a fight, we were not there to win. It should be our choice if we want to take a planet or not. How is fleeing a planet cheating? No prior planning was made to "give" the planet to any particular clan was made.

I think this is just sour grapes that you in the XR-Guards thought that you would just roll over every clan in the game and own all the planets. That does not seem to be working out so well and all you can do is resort to accusing people of cheating.

Astraeus, how is this a bug? We are not allowed to leave a planet when we choose?

you were there to fight, not to win. But you didnt fight the clan that you wanted to win the planet, so thus you were only fighting the clans you chose to and formed an "alliance" with the others, because you didnt kill them. Therefore, you have unofficial alliances.

I would bet a lot of money that if war gods started losing, you would have been straight back down to help. This isnt a bug, its you exploiting the alliance rules.

No prior arrangement was made? dont make me laugh. If fallen soul puts his screenshots out, all your members were screaming PLANET GOES TO WAR GODS!!!!!! You arranged it, if a bit late.

But this is classic hammers and allies mentality. Find any cheap way of winning and exploit it. And you wonder why you get shot down in chat. If we have Clan wars on earth, you bring loads of members, gang the enemy clan, then disperse and go white before we have a chance to assemble a larger side. Thats not "winning" thats being a coward.

Try playing the same way we do and you will be surprised at how pathetic you really are.

No disrespect mate but we was the last ones alive after all the other clans were defeated, goa dark brotherhood and the rest did not want the planet so who else was they going to leave it to ?
They was there for what oldviking said just for the fight there enemys. since they defeated you all there was no point in staying anymore so thus they left and thats why the planet stayed to war gods. im not a rocket scientist but it doesnt sound like cheating to me ?

Defeating the enemies and the leaving for the smaller clans to have some fun is one thing, killing all clans except one other then sit at orbit, screaming to stop killing them is something else.

to clarify, they left on alliance orders that war gods take the planet. I was there, i saw the chat. That is the main difference. If nothing had been said, i would not be posting here.

one clan orbitted first, and told the others to orbit and leave the planet to war gods. They did not get bored, they were told to leave. That is why WAR GODS got the planet.

They also were not told to "let the small clans fight" or anything, they were told to leave the planet to a certain clan, in this case you. I believe there was no fight after they all left.

On the basis of this, many people have thought, quite reasonably, that you formed a temporary alliance, even if you did not wish to, or think that you did. The outcome of the planet was planned, just past the start of the cq.

That is the reason for this arguement.

it doesnt matter. The outcome of the cq was still decided, instead of won, and therefore the cq did not "work" as it should do.
