Turning off chat.

Is there any way I can turn off the chat screen completely?

In options, theres "Auto hide quick chat" button.

Thanks, done that. Was actually hoping to get rid of it all together so that I can't see all the other chat from all and sundry.

you pop up chat window and drag it all the way to the bottom of the screen so it's not visible. turn off sound in options menu so that you dont hear those clicks when new message appears. this is only way.
