Hey, since there was a message a while ago and now a new one that some of the support team is unavailable causing delays in the ticket system, I need to ask; What sort of response times can be expected? I sent a ticket about 6 weeks ago, still without any response. Anything I can do to receive an answer? There might have been some mistake in the system.
