how did they cheat thou was in a hack program or was it an in game glitch or bug that could be taken advantage of. if it was a hack program then yes ban them all but an exploitable in game bug now thats naughty but i wouldnt ban them just take away all there things they got through that bug. i think now no one would dare try do anything like this again cos of the risk in loosing everything and they now know splitscreen wont be messed with so please splitscreen give warnings too them and take there parsecs or even take 5 or 10 lvls off them. i think banning all them ppl will have a cascade affect and alot of other players will leave too cos there friends have gone which could be very bad for the game

The rules are clear and just, everybody have the choice cheat and get banned or play the game in a fair manner. Good on splitscreen for banning them even though i have a buddy or 2 in that list !!

@arieza: I am not trying to immitate a moderator, but this is not court. SS has as much right to keep all the proof for themselves as you have to whine on the forums. So we're (you're, actually) even.

How do you know who is innocent and who isn't? I think we're all being a little naive here, including myself, because we think good players (even famous ones like MiiKe) could not commit an act like this. They can cheat as much as the next guy.

Would that your reaction too, when somebody cheated and plundered your banking account?

It's a part of the cheater's policy: cheat, help other players, so that's it's look if you are very helpfull and very kind.
When you cheat you have contempt (i don't know the right word, so maybe it must be: disdain or scorn) for other players. So no compassion with cheaters!!!!

We have 100% hard evidence. Why do you think it's taken so long even when we know who they were? we had to compile evidence then work out how it was done. And we did both before we banned. Note that some of the cheaters managed to get away..we know who they are, so they can count themselves lucky this time.

We will not provide the proof for public viewing but trust me we have what we need. I'm sure i said in the original post that we had evidence? did't i?

If innocent players have been suspended/banned
and they have not given proof of alleged hacking there might just be a problem,
notification needs to be sent as to the reason and why (including proof)

Also the reason for my questions are that i have been a gm in a different game before....
and know some of the legallities about it.

At last IonEas has been proven as a cheat, even though we highlighted him some 4 months ago.

But I am stunned to see TommyYanky, Neil1 and Miike on this list, if they were going to cheat why would they spend so much money with your company to gain the advantages that money would buy. I must agree with all that has been said about these three guys and the help they continually give to other members and clans. I would want to see proof that these three have cheated or me and a lot of other would have to think of not spending money with your company anymore as we to may be declared a cheat. Surely if they were going to cheat it would be to save money so why have they spent monies with you.

So please supply proof before you ban these guys, if 100% proof is supplied then we will have to agree.

But I can see banning all these members would be the end of the English server as these are also some of the most active members, that would make this game boring and mean many members would leave and you will loose the income. Please think before you leap.
