The forums are dead and this needs to change, there is so much potential in this forum but it's just not happening.

I think its time for a forum upgrade with a nice new clean look. Perhaps placing a forum button in game so more people can find the forums, and maybe intergrating the game with the forum.

It's not only the english forum, the last message on Spanish forum is from 3 days ago, no messages during the weekend....
I wish this change when tau-ceti is released.

Yes, but some time ago there where much more activity in Forums, that makes me guess that there's lot of people leaving the game, and the players we have now they have lots of work to do as the game "work" has been getting harder and harder.

Simple reason why no one posts in the English forum is because there is no information of interest here anymore. The English community has lost interest in banging heads against walls typing in the forum trying to get answers to questions or problems only to be ignored for weeks or to be not answered at all and only left to guess for them self. Seems the only place you can get any information of any use is by other peoples complaints with same issues or from Hitchikers Guide

I think it is because THEY applied new rules of the forum. From now on you cannot talk about something related in game, that was previously commented, even few years ago. Even if there is no possible way except telepathic that you could know that information. So, because there were not new things in game for a period of year I think, no one could post anything new. And also you cannot post about old things. So they shut you up for good, mean cannot talk about anything. Just like in real life, new world order have installed shadow centers of power who can control all simple mortals.

I hate to say it but so many restrictions have been put in place in the game and forums that you cant do or say much.. in the forums there is no freedom to express it is too strict i think...

You say the forums will be busy when the next big update comes, that was tau ceti and there has been hardly any increase that i've noticed in activity, maybe people just cant be bothered to come here to moan about it lol, same as i know a few players who cant be bothered going to tau ceti, myself being 1 of those.
