Text Underneath your writing

hey i have noticed that people have text's like Tryp posted under his message he got a picture of a flag and writing on top of it how do i do that?

Go to User Control Panel (top) and then click Profile, Edit Signature and enter what you like.

Go to user control panel and play with the settings
