Taunt suggestion for PvPs/CQs

Well, as far as I know, taunts don't do squat in PvPs/CQs, so here's an idea that actually makes it do what it says on the tin.

We all know if you taunt a Mantis they immediately rage and get over to you and try to turn your ship into atoms, but what happens if you do it on a Human? Nothing. So, here's my idea (I can't really explain it in one sentence so here's a plan like thing):

1. You taunt an enemy player.
2. If his rank is bigger than the rank required to buy a ship for the system you're currently in, make it so:

(his rank) - (rank required) = the minimum rank (-5) that YOU must have to successfully taunt the enemy.

Example:

enemy rank 38 - rank 10 (Vega Asteroids) = 28, -5 (the "bonus") = 23.

So, to be able to taunt that player you must be rank 23 or higher.

3. When you successfully taunt an enemy, all other ships that are his enemies (your clan/allies/etc) AND ships from his clan/buddies/etc become ghost ships, like the Mantis on a planet which are from another persons' mission. He can only target YOU, but he can still be healed etc, but he can't heal others etc.

Which means he has two options:

1. Shoot you and only you (this is what the taunt makes with the mantis, they shoot only you, it's the same here :D)

or

2. Run away and hope he isn't turned into an omelette.

So that's my idea for the taunt. It will do the same for Mantis and Humans. You use it on a Mantis, they attack you and only you, you use it on a Human, and they MUST attack you and only you (they can still run away).

Wel, aggrobeacon should work the same,

Instead of attacking you, the target goes to the aggrobeacon, and you will be free to fly to orbit and stuff, to protect the shock, because they don't have firepower.

no firepower? :devilish: no need for it when you can pour electric syrup at your enemies! Ah, well, good idea...

with the new rule that shield and protector protects you from stun charge/dome. The only one that the stun can attack now is the storm. in the past the stun won also from engineers.

welly you just have to dstroy their shield/protect then stun them, but i like your idea

So you're saying taunt/aggrobacon (purposely spelt like that to make me hungry and have an excuse to make a fry-up) FORCES the enemy to shoot at it, or makes them automatically LOCK ONTO the taunter/bacon.
