Support Ticket Screenshots

Lately it has come to my attention that pilots who have been submitting tickets to support complaining of other Pilots showing bad language, harrassing comments or other chat are not being Time & Date Stamped using the F11 key before making the screenshots.

These screenshots cannot be validated by support & are being sent to the GM Team for further Investigation. If the Chat cannot be verified to be valid within 3 days of the date on the Support Ticket, the Screenshots may be considered invalid by support. Also any Chat Screenshot that shows any signs of tampering or of being photoshopped to get a pilot in trouble, will cause the Pilot submitting them to be in violation of the CoC as Support Staff see fit

Please Help make Pirate Galaxy better when reporting other pilots by using the F11 key before making the screenshot. Do not alter the screenshots in any way. Send screenshots as a .jpg, .gif, .png or lastly as a .bmp file. Make sure the Time & Date are clearly shown in the upper Right Corner of the Screen

Can I suggest people mostly use PNG? JPEG/JPG, GIF and BMP sometimes do not work very well and aren't as clear.

Wrong order, please do not follow this suggestion, as pbhuh is not a person with knowledge what works best in the support tickets!

pbhuh, I am afraid you are not a person with knowledge to know what is best for the Support Tickets.
This is not a thread what kind of files to use at Forum, but at the support tickets!!

This is the order as per what Astraeus wrote for the type of files to use in them, you have not the permission to alter with any ideas of you!

Please do NOT comment or give your ideas about something what has been written, and defined by a staff member, specially when the one is our CM Astraeus.

I am now locking this thread, as it's not requesting replies nor comments.
