'Submit a ticket' button is gone. How do?

You have to click on "Get help" and click through the questions. If you still need help after those questions and suggestions you can submit a ticket at the end

As Grimlock Said, if you click on "Get Help" (as shown in the screenshot), it will redict you to some usual issues that players can face.



If ur issue hasn't been answered with the standard answers, it will let u write a ticket at the end.
