Stuck in Antares

Hello I am currently playing on the Ptr server and I actually have two problems that are going on right now.

1. This isn't much of a problem but When I first started playing I made it all the way to Gemini and my account history shows proof. I logged back in with the same username and password and found that my pilot had been reset and I had to start all over again from vega! *It was quite humerous to see it say, You've unlocked the Gemini afterburner, to you have been ranked up to level 2* I dismissed this as usual becuase it appeared that I wasnt the only person and this is a test server so disregarded it.

2. THIS IS MY REAL PROBLEM. Yesturday after finaly making it back to the Antares system I brought a new ship, couldn't afford any decent equipment so I decided to return to vega to train. I flew to the Antares Stargate and called it a day ( i logged out). I returned today and checked the stargate only to learn that it says Antares system and nothing else. I checked my star map only to learn that Teresa is no longer an explored planet and I no longer have the cryonite to explore it again ( because of my antares ship). Plus with the stargate only saying that antares is available to me I'm basicly stuck there.

And those are my problems ... I would really like to be able to get going again, and I know this is unlikely but it would be awsome If I could get put back into the Gemini system where I belong, but I will also accept just being able to play again thanks for your support. :mrorange:

ok. Which version of the game are you using (download client or web browser, etc.)?

that is very strange... never seen it before.
I would download the client just to make sure you have the latest version of the game, or wait untill wednesdays update...

You will probably be told to send a ticket to support though.

Another thing you could try is having a SGM (i think they are the only ones who can teleport, not sure tho) teleport you to vega and see if it works. Go on help, gm chat and ask, it might solve the problem for you.
However, idk how often gms are on the test server.

Every time i havent been able to get to somewhere I ask for a teleport, it always fixes the problem.

If none of that works, i would send a ticket to support.

It could also be that the test server crashed or is shutting down, that has caused problems like this before.

How long ago did this happen?
Have you re-logged recently and tried again?

What level are you on your real account?
The ptr is a test server and it does get reset when they want to test new things or when its bugs are updated , when it is reset they use your real account as to what base your ptr account on
So if your a vega pilot on your real account everytime the ptr is reset you will remain in vega I suggest you put more work into your real account and not so much on the ptr as when they are done with testing it will be closed

I felt the need to say this, but I believe that the PTR is also experiencing some log in trouble, as I am getting stuck on the final loading page once again. :frown:
