Who the hell do you think you are, simply making a public assumption like that? Do you honestly think that we haven't tried to get the hang of this new steering? That we have nothing better to do than troll forums?
I spent an ENTIRE DAY on the German server, using my NOOB ACCOUNT to get the steering to work. IT DOES NOT WORK THE WAY IT SHOULD.

Have you tried steering using the wasd-keys, using an azerty-keyboard setting (which is common in my country)? And no... the arrow keys don't work like they used to either.
We hàve tried the new steering, using the settings we were told we should use. We hàve tried messing with the steering and camera settings on our own. The fact that testers and players report their findings, proves this. Their online time since the updates can be checked and therefore àlso proves this.
We've tried, BECAUSE WE CARE. We're also complaining, BECAUSE WE CARE; hoping that some developer someday will see the light and
put the fun back in the game.
Apparentely, you guys DON'T CARE, otherwise you wouldn't be making such ill-thought out comments. If anything proves you guys are currently developing and viewing the game from a very tall ivory tower, THAT COMMENT SURE DOES.
This is AN INSULT to all those players who've spent hours trying to put up with whatever stupidities you've been shoving down their throats ever since you introduced the new conquest system. It is an insult towards the intelligence of this game's community, suggesting they are nothing but lowlifes who don't bother putting in the least bit of effort.
No matter how many complaints you received, no matter how many players stopped p(l)aying, you just kept blindly steering the game on a collision course with the sun, at full speed with afterburner enabled.
I haven't played the game in days, because the new steering makes the game CLOSE TO IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY FOR ME. The only reason I'm still checking out this forum, is BECAUSE I CARE, and I'm hoping to one day see a message saying you reverted back to the old steering.
Because then: you could get the hang of it in mere minutes and IT WORKED LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE.

this is the second time someone from the Splitscreen-crew explicitly comes up with this unfounded "it's your fault because you're not trying" argument.
One more insult like that and I'm out of here for good.
