i didn't know where to post this but i REALLY need help with this when i load the client it always loads to 70% and then always disappears/crashes it worked on my computer before but i redid the comp. yes i have checked for viruses, yes i uninstalled the client multiple times and reinstalled, and yes i have restarted comp, i also uninstalled java and installed. what the heck is the problem?

When my loader is loading it gets to 50% then disappear then reappear and finish the install,
do you wait for it to come back to finish the install ?

If this is still an issue and launcher still crashing you can submit a Ticket!

-there must be something still conflicting.
-try to experiment with the settings of your graphic card, or skip the client and try to play with your browser only?
-you can try getting a medical rapport from the splitscreen homepage too, to detect problems?

Okay this topic has not had a reply from it's creator, when this happens the user/s has probably resolved the problem. In this case my unique advice is to please file a bug ticket, follow the instructions here
Follow the instructions exactly, read the text well, make a clear report, and description of your problem, make the Java medic test, copy and paste the report of it and include it in your ticket.
I am going to lock this thread cause problems like this is not resolved via forum, but with a Bug report ticket.
