Hi

today while playing on Mars in SOl i collected alot of BP's
the server reset and my BP's have gone but they still show in my History here is a screenie
can there please be returned NOW!!!! as i dont waste all that time collecting them.
this is TWICE this has happened and want it sorting not getting told to wright a ticket u can clearly see in my LOGS so RETURN THEM.

Sort your attitude out Mr Helicopter Pilot. Lets hope this goes to the bottom of the heap.

dogdrool. Unless you have missing BP's along with the poster, dont come on posting bad comments. Blackbolt, it would help in the future if you would please put your in-game name, approximate time, server and planet in the post. I understand it is clearly in the screen shot and that is fine but it does help speed things up a bit. Give Delloda time to check this out. He is quite busy at the moment but im sure he will get this ASAP.

how long cause i was planing on doing MOON white's with my SOL ship but now due to my BP's growing Legs and walking after last nite's server reset dont think am gunna be going there and the time is clearly shown on the Screenie cheak my History you will see them.

Is this going to get sorted NOW or what cause i am not going to wait eny longer :mad:
if this dont get sorted within the nex 1 1/2 hour i WANT a full refund of the money i have spent on the game cause this should have been sorted along time ago not wait for it so SORT IT out.
cause i have been waiting for over 15 1/2 hours to get this sorted cause i WILL NOT land on the planet again in a MIZAR ship when my SOL storm was fine untill the server reset

Writing a ticket to support@pirategalaxy.com sends it direct to the developers, the guys who can fix it. That is why we need it in good english and following the bug reporting 101 specs exactly so they can see and find problems fast. Any reports that do not have to proper info means that we have to play "email tennis" for days to get all the info we need to pinpoint and fix a problem.

There is no point in ranting in the forums or PMing me saying " I wantz my itams back now.. grr" and stuff like that.
