The download dont work, And the install wont start up! Please hlep me cuz i wanna play! Else i buy nothing for nothing my Membership!

I did uninstalled the Install and now he still open not, No messages ect.
I did repair it and now it wont load anymore

I didn't manage to launch the launcher at all, a big huge nothing happened.
I went to try it with browser, Ff 3.5.8
I am on WinXP and running from a laptop.
Before this update I was ingame and playing, now it gives me a white page with a red cross, and a link where I click and got a popup window with this info below.
