Hi every1,
I would like to share something with all of you. The last few weeks i was grinding for e and bps and i noticed something very strangly. Most of the players in SOl have their ships equiped with AM bps. Mostly the best bps available for their ships. In order to obtain better bps they start grinding in wolfpacks to get those rare bps.
Mostly clanmembers or friends joined in squads. But here is the tricky part. All known places where those rares could drop are occupied by those groups and are even calling names if you get near those spots.
That means if you're grinding on your own your chances of succesfull grinding on same spots are almost reduced to zero. The group wil ask you "politely" to grind elsewhere
.
I did some grinding yesterday afternoon on the way up to the mountain to shoot some turrets, snipers and pyros. I was looking for rare SOL aim, rockets and perf. I did some shooting and after refilling on e-field down below a group of players started shooting on same targets as i was; just waiting for the last critical hit. I spend thousand of e and yes i know the game is called pirate galaxy but they just waited to start shooting so they get the critical hit.
I sincerly hope that if a rare drops it's not only visible for the one who does the last critical hit but for all players who did shoot at that place.
I order to avoid those crowded places maybe it is possible to create more of these type of units so that those do drop the rares as well.
I spend weeks grinding on Mars and Moon to get the bps to drop. Searched for turrets, snipers, imperial snipers, assasins on all those planets but no nothing dropped. So based on the experience of other players every1 is grinding on earth to get those bps. That means that earth is getting pretty crowded. Every1 is grinding for rare bps on same places. Perhaps SS could extend to number of targets on other places so ervery1 gets a fair chance.
I do get p.... of when ppl wait while i do the shooting and they take the critical/final blow. And maybe the (rare) bp too.
Regardz
