Small problem with the bigpoint transfer

Yes, i have read all the other threads regarding the transfer, and from what i can tell my account should now be working on the Splitscreen portal IF there was no account with the same name already(which there wasn't).

The problem is i am logging in and it takes me to the tutorial (to be expected as it is a new account technically)... when i finish the tutorial, the same tutorial loads again, when the server list should
I finished the tutorial 4 times and then gave up trying.

Anyone got any ideas?

EDIT: this can be closed/deleted, i've sent an email to support.

lol.....could be that they converted ur acc , but nullified it?
cuz if that what happened then i guess it would be a huge BUMMER , since i can expect the same thing can happen to me ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

no idea what it is, my brother's account was transfered over from bigpoint as well and works fine, mine... well... yeah.

u 2 were on the BP acc? if so was it the same acc or 2 diff accounts?

guys they are working on it. they said in news theres much work to do, even because there was a hardware problem and they are replacing it now. they arent superman. give em some time.

well dude u wrong..cuz the data arrived yesterday and eveen then they converted some players today they had to finish the work since that what was promissed...

Well DUDE... why wont your read news and announcements instead of keep posting stuff not needed? They said they didn't find solution yet for people who arent transferred and TOMORROW they might, but it's not a PROMISE that it will be fixed TOMORROW.. 30th..

Leave you in BP.. ok then sure! GM's keep him in BP and when portal is gone he can have fun in his imaginary BP portal.. And you should know some problems might take long to fix,... as someone already said it's not : Copy / paste of your account.. it's delicate and very complicated procedure.. so I recommend Just Waiting.. What's better than that?

Well, after contacting support the problem is now fixed and its working fine
