Ok does anyone know. When a planet in a ring collapses how long does it take before a new planet appear in that ring ?

when u go to star map or the planets orbit it says the time i collapses, takes some few hours i think

No there is no info about planets to be born, it is random, so you have just to go to the starmap and observe the evolution of them.
