As we all know the taunt is a skill that isn't highly valued,with the function of marking the mantis and generate aggro doesn't have enough impact to be considered useful. I think to make this skill really used and be an option to equip a tank,would add an extra effect that is usually very common in skills in other MMOs.
The effect would be this: The mantis and players will receive 10-25% more damage from the other players. That percentage varies according to the type:
-Long Taunt: 10% augmented DMG
-Normal Taunt: 15% augmented DMG
-Strong Taunt: 25% augmented DMG (or 20%, as you see better, the balance is your thing.)
(This efect also varies according to the mantis level (or player ship level) and your taunt level)
This will also make the players find more sense to shoot the target that has TAUNT that is one of the objectives of this skill.

I don't like the idea, I'm ok with buffing the taunt but on PTR i was able to hold the aggro of amarna/giza/soris with the sirius strong taunt with an dominator until it's death, that's why i'm thinking it's good how it works.destroier6 said:A good change that I would like to propose to see if it can be added in this update:
