hello all.

got a question
it will be really nice to switch Vsync OFF!
but i push button of F11 and it give me 60 fps..
its very irritate to have that on

is possible to switch it off.
or upcoming change?

Vsync is a setting that it made your fps to lock 60 fps.\
if it is OFF than it made your fps bigger.. to unlock it

oeps i think wrong topic: sorry

agreed, i wanna see what this computer can really do instead of being locked at 60-62 FPS.

also, some more control over our options would me nice too, like custom keybinds, a higher resolution option if possible, etc.

Good thing to remember is that fps can only be what your screen can show. If its set to 60 fps, then its also max fps for everything viewed on screen. (Usually computer screens can show either 60 fps or 75...)

Not necessarily. my screen's refresh rate is set to 60Hz (it's capable of 75, but it makes me dizzy), it'll display some older games at about 5-600 FPS.

Screen refresh rate and game FPS are 2 different things. game FPS is governed by your graphics card/onboard GPU, not your monitor's refresh rate, which is why games can run at higher FPS than 60 or 75. Though this can create other problems if your FPS is higher than your monitor's refresh rate, like screen tearing, which is why V-sync exists, to limit and sync the FPS to your monitor's refresh rate, to prevent tearing effects.

TL;DR: The only reason that FPS would be locked at the refresh rate of your monitor is because you have V-sync enabled, which brings us back to the point of the thread in the first place. At least give us the option to choose whether we want it on or not.
