Every 2nd week on Wednesday or Thursday from 10am to 12pm.
Nightly Reset
Daily, at 5.30am - takes approximately 10 minutes.

it was supposed to be delayed till tomorrow! But why delay anymore if it was ready for deployment now?

I announced it in game and in forum before it happened.
