Server maintanance delay information

Hi all

Server maintanace is running more then a hour late.
To get informed I go to server maintanance screen at: http://pirategalaxy.com/server-maintenance
The info there is or realy old (2012) or totaly none existant.

Now i should be writing a ticket because i get endless loading screen (maintanace screen I guess from build number) at a time more then a hour passed maintanace should have ended. That ticket and many thousendss others only straines the GMs/SS programers more then they are at now.

May I humbly sudgest that if server maintanance is running late or lets say server is crashed and worked on, you inform people on this web site on delay and when maybe will be up again ?
Maybe even a maintanace screen at load up showing their is work at progress with date / time when will be done ?
A Go to forum to a apropiat forum of the actual maintanance site and not just "find your way in english forum" root entry... (where I personaly cant find anything).
Not all use media at a push of a button or wish to communicate with others about PG thoroug lets say Facebook...

Information is key in keeping people happy and waiting and even helping you. I want to be happy

Yes, that's right, and that's unthinkable! I want to play since i came to home from school and still nothin... it's going worse and worse..

It's a shame but it's a game well worth the wait. just be patient, they may be adding something, they may not, I'm just hoping for the game to get back up so i can grind ^^

@ all:
People please...

I understand the server issues, I understand maintanance is key to a good running game. That is not what I ask for or want to debat here... Other posts are locked due to "ranting" and what ever !
This is not about long maintanances or shut downs !

I want SSS and the GMs to be on the same side and inform us paying costumers properly !
Like yesterday (23/01/2013) with the extra shut down, information is given in game by GMs that it was to be a restart, issue unknown (GM chat). Be back in a view minutes...
Then its a maintanance in Forum (and you realy have to look hard to find that info) witch post is locked due to MISINFORMATION to players and players beying upset about that... The information post was made in morning while shutdown was nicly informed by countdown in game only just before "restart" in the afternoon.
Then when server is up in about 1 hr (thats more then a view minutes) and after some 10 minutes 1 GM comes in and GM is totaly unaware what was happening in game, in server and every question was answered as I am not informed about that...
I believe thats a total mis use of GMs, resources, players and the game itself.

I must say, like most graphics the Golden wait screen between server choosing and endless waiting is AWESOME ! But even after 15 minutes get a bit borring...
Would be beter to get a messsage in there saying: We experience some server issues, please dont hit your keyboard, dont dragg your screen to the window side, dont molest your modem with a base ball bat... We are doing all we can to fix this issue !
Thats what I am talking about, people INFORMING the paying customer...

I know you want to help, but that link is useless information if maitanance is said to be 1 or 2 hours and stil after 6 hours people are leaving game to play WoT and other games disappointed because there is no man or woman alive to inform them what is going on but a black screen and a pointer to a main forum index !
Also your link is totaly not informative, as it is said what will be happining, not whats happening

My question is about the flow of information ! Somebody is pushing the power button isnt it ???
Somebody is experiencing issues during maintanace...
And I am aware they work hard to get game back up, hell you want customers to be happy to !

So, please SSS make an issue in informing your GMs and there for the paying players. GMs can updte information if the maintanace is getting issues. Then they can informm us players whats up...
Is not that GMs dont listen, they are true troopers ! So I direct this issue to SSS as producer to please inform us properly about maintanance, server bugs and restarts...
I want to be paying PG for ever, be informed and play this game for ever !
All I hear however is bad ideaas everywhere about "state of game" and "no information".
First issue has your attention I am sure, please make sure second issue wont get you empty wel runing servers...

Here we go again...another shut down after server shut down 2 times last night...NO INFO bout it anywhere(what an surprise).......Im really sick of this....I think we can just keep complaining but actually who cares,we r complainign???I think nobody cares.....
